Sydney Ballard, LMT
Sydney is native to Southern Utah. She is both a Massage Therapist and Esthetician. She graduated from The Skin Institute in 2014, and then from Zion Massage College's 900-hour program in 2017.
Her education has been well rounded with a lot of emphasis on Eastern Bodywork and Energy work. She studied Thai Yoga Massage in Thailand and spent two years getting certifications in Crystal Healing. She is accredited by the World Metaphysical Association and the American Council of Holistic Healers. Proficient in many types of bodywork including; Abdominal, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Facials, Thai, Tok-Sen, Gua-Sha, Cupping, Ashiatsu, Warm Bamboo, Hot Stone, Himalayan Salt Stone, Prenatal and Crystal Healing/Energy Work.
She absolutely loves learning new techniques and continuing her education and it shows in her work.
Her warm smile will set you at ease, she is very intuitive and has a knack for finding just the right spot. She excels at making sure that her clients are comfortable, and most of all, that their needs are being met within each session.
When Sydney isn't working, she travels with her husband and spends a lot of her free time in this outdoor playground she calls home! Whether its photography, hiking, biking, climbing or canyoneering, you can find her on the trails.
